David Salasar

David has been in the roofing industry since 2008, gaining extensive experience in custom metal roofs, two-piece tile installations, and advanced low-slope systems with top products like Carlisle and Malarkey. He has worked on both commercial and residential projects, developing a keen understanding of the unique challenges each presents.

Over the past five years, David worked with an architectural design and project management firm, overseeing inspections, scopes of repair, and construction for multi-family communities, with a focus on cost management and asset protection. A member of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), he combines technical knowledge with hands-on experience.

David proudly serves his hometown of San Diego, now partnering with Shaina Starkey to bring a client-focused approach to every project. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is committed to delivering high-quality roofing solutions.

Shaina Starkey

With over 17 years of experience in the HOA industry, Shaina has worked with general contractors, reconstruction experts, and consulting firms. As a former community manager, she developed a strong ability to understand and anticipate client needs, offering solutions that provide peace of mind. Inspired to co-found the company with David, Shaina saw the need for clear communication, exceptional service, and support for owners, community managers, and board members managing large roofing projects. Together, they created a company that ensures a seamless, stress-free roofing process.

Shaina is an active member of CAI and CACM, holds the Educated Business Partner designation, and volunteers with CAI San Diego. Known for her strong communication skills, she is dedicated to building positive relationships and delivering excellent service.

A San Diego native, veteran's spouse, and mother of two, Shaina enjoys spending her free time at the baseball fields watching her son do what he loves.
